Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that returns without tags or submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders (outside Egypt).

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or sitewide discounts are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For approved exchange requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved refund requests, Louma will cover all related shipping fees.

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

No worries, we’ll make it right. You can choose between a free exchange (of the same value) or a full refund.
